This 3 hour Power Nap is meant to help relax you to fall into a deep REM sleep. Because the quality of our sleep affect our performance, many of us may be sleeping but not actually reaching the REM sleep state which is the restful sleep where your eyes move rapidly and you enter a dream state. In this state, your body can truly relax and heal itself for rejuvenation.

They say we need 8 hour of sleep, however you don't need a full 8 hours if you are able to reach at least 2 hours of REM sleep. For many of us, these 8 hours are just not doable. I, myself, have many things going on and cannot afford to sleep this many hours. Therefore, I found these sleep music helpful for me to go on in my day after a quick power nap.

Whatever you have going on, allow yourself to enjoy this and relax so that you may have the energy and focus for all you need to do.

Honestly recommend turning the playback speed to 0.5 or 0.75, very peaceful sleep, wake up is easier, and sleep quality is better

This has actually helped me so much, i have insomnia and whenever I’ve been awake for too long into the day (like now it’s 9:43am and haven’t slept) this helps me so much. One of the best ones to help me fall asleep! ❤️🙏🏻

This works.
My dog woke me up at 6 AM.
I put this on and didnt wake up til 10AM!.
I had to run out the door ( no dog walk, no make up, no tea) to make my doctors appt.
But I felt rested!!!

studying for my last year as a school-going teenager has been pretty difficult, so i decided to take help of this video to have quality sleep in a shorter time, i slept 1.5 hrs longer tho, but hey! im really feeling refreshed, so thank you so much~~

a bit of advice... don't have ads on a vid to help you sleep, I've hit 2 in the first 20 min, both made me start from square one trying to catch those very elusive z's
