Prosecutor Alexandra Smathers detailed how Kenosha police caught the Midwest killing spree suspect after he crossed the Illinois border into Wisconsin in October 2021. Suspect Allan Brown stands accused of killing two people, along with other crimes, before attempting to flee the state. When authorities caught up with Brown, he allegedly engaged in a shootout with them, injuring a K-9 officer before he was apprehended.
