My family are vegan but i wasn't that great trying to think what to make UNTIL my daughter put me onto you & your channel. The recipes i have tried so far i have been able to recreate easily and the great thing is they have been amazing. Your lasagne has been the most requested dish to make again. I love how relaxed and calm you are & you make it all seem easy not difficult which has been the biggest draw card for me as I don't love cooking but now the feed back is how did I change my cooking from no flavour to chef like gives me the incentive to keep cooking, in fact i have been cooking every day thanks to you.

This is very similar to the traditional Bavarian dish called Pfanderl, my favourite dish at Bodhi Vegan in München... Now all I need to do is learn how to make their dark beer sauce and I'm set for life

If you're making chicken style tofu you should really try the double freeze and thaw method by Mary's Test Kictchen... completely changed the game! The texture is amazing
