Step 1: Get good at drawing first.
Step 2: Actually make an original character
Step 3: DRAW the said character.
Step 4: Draw more frames of him moving slowly bit by bit.
Step 5: This video
Step 6: Realize that you have only made 5 frames of anime.

Step 8: Neva give up and continue
