How to make Anime EXPLAINED! In this video, I'll briefly summarize how anime is made in simple steps for an anime production workflow with my few tweaks. I used the animation I created from my shonen manga series, Apple Black.

Software I Used Step by Step: Clip Studio Paint, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X. You may use what works best for you, it's more about the user and not the tool.

In Japanese anime, vector lines are not used, the use raster layers for line art. Having the pixels there allows you to place you lines and correct them exactly how you'd like. When you use vector for something in anime style, it just looks a bit off..
