Wrongful death and survivorship action following the horrific murder of the decedent Iana Kasian by the defendant, Blake Leibel, the father of Iana’s newborn baby girl, Diana Kasian. Defendant was convicted of the criminal homicide in June 2018; the civil trial proceeded to verdict in 2019.
