This definitely hits home. This one particular guy (I've known for 9yrs) told me recently that I've changed. I'm no longer chasing the idea of being in a Situation-ship with him (because that's what it would've been). His Mind games no longer Lure me 🙂. Being Woke is Wonderful

Your video couldn't have come at a more amazing time. I feel I am going through exactly this (I felt today was better, I felt more confident, and one of my charkha bracelets broke which indicates to me that it's time to let go and advance to new stage of development). I've made some pretty drastic (but positive changes)--eating a lot healthier (pretty much eliminated 99% of the processed foods I've been eating), craving lighter meats (salmon, cod, etc) and fruits and vegetables), been exercising everyday, getting rid of my dark/'frumpy' clothes, meditating, positive affirmations, complete 180 in my mindset. All my suicidal ideation is gone, ruminating less and less on negative thoughts. I feel like I'm starting to have some real peace in my life--but I have been self-isolating a lot (with the exception of my immediate family). Once I step out into the world, at times, I feel the triggers, the monitoring 'spirits', the looks, loud excessive noises, the coded language, and it becomes very overwhelming [I'm a very logical person and I know saying these terms makes me sound 'off' in the eyes of a lot of people--but these are the only ways I can describe it]. I find myself cursing a bit again, like can't these people just shove off. It causes me to over analyze every situation and everyone's intention. Some I can tell clear as day that they are trying to mess with me, others are a bit subtle. Also the friends of my immediate past, I'm quite unsure about some of them. I was wondering how do you discern between friends that are genuine and those that just want to monitor/information seek, and want to see what state you are in. I had quite a few tell me I needed to seek mental help, because I started calling them out for what they were doing. It makes me think to myself, that they either "Do not know what they do" or they were engaging in the most vicious form of gas-lighting. It's difficult to discern sometimes. I just want to be around good spirited people and share the healing/spiritual journey with them. Everyone supports and uplifts each other, no one casts judgements and we are all just free and happy. It's insane how difficult that is to actually find. I had written on your last video that I had a pretty intense feeling to see if I could communicate with you, because you seem like an amazingly genuine person that has gone through the same journey.

It is very difficult whilst for most amongst impossible not to identify or mentally detach from the body vehicle we all use to wonder around in the physical realm of experience here on earth. Add a mind and brain to this vehicle and you have ego in the driver seat making sure the emotional firewall is up and running. Hence human drama expressing itself in all of its I (me) aspects or personal reality perceptions we witness around us and identify with ourselves. Persons hear and like you (myself included) because you speak from the heart, being genuine is in most cases always well received and appreciated by those who resonate close to your own vibration. Nice video, I hear you, clubbing is where egos meet, join, collide and eventually separate or melt with one another, like a test playground of high and low level (vibrations) interactions, lol ❤

And when you look at yourself to see how much you have changed without even noticing how much. I ended up talking to a person i used to hang out with lots and party with, this was over the phone and we haven't talked for over 35 plus years. It was just like nothing had changed and it was like carrying on from still then and at that point i instantly knew how much i had changed. It was like a time warp that i didn't want to entertain. Dont get me wrong i still love my friends but it felt like we were not seeing the same things. Just the feeling i had, the growth i felt within myself was really extensive.
