Chester is deeply missed by millions of us, my kids will definitely have heard his music in their lives while I’m around

Chester Bennington, Layne Staley, and Jonathon Davis are the 3 singers that get me through so much shit it’s unreal. So glad Jon is still with us

I remember riding in the car with my father when I heard about Chester's passing. I told everyone in the car about it, and my dad said, "How could someone with kids do that?" A year later, my father took his own life. Struggles with mental health can affect anyone. The only thing I could take from it was to hug everyone tighter and express how much I love them every time I see them.

I have crossed alot of artists off my playlist as the years have gone on and chester and Aaron are two of the few left. Two of the best live performers and voices to ever grace the world. God Bless this man.

For most, music is the thing that consumes the very void we're so desperate to fill. Chester's voice alone has done as such to those who listened (and still listen) to Linkin Park and other bands. Thank you for your take, Aaron. Even after over six years, Chester's passing still lingers in our minds. 🙏🏾

Fly high Chester, 💔 you will never be forgotten🖤🖤🖤. The amount of lives you have saved and changed is uncountable. Chester Bennington and Jonathan Davis (particularly his voice on Untouchables) are the only singers that have broken the 4th wall for me. Your legacy will live on forever🖤 I wouldn't have been here without you🖤🖤🖤🖤 You will be missed Chester, the biggest loss in music history💔

I am sorry Aaron that you also know the pain so many of us know.

Listening to Aaron speak on the part where he talks about the glamorous life of rockers, and then he turns to the emptiness that is there an how it just gets exponentially worse, is one of the few times I feel like someone could accurately capture one of the symptoms of someone with Borderline. It wasn't something I was expecting to find while watching this video but nevertheless, I can appreciate where this man is coming from.

Chester was a beautiful soul who couldn't struggle anymore. He wanted to stop the pain but he put the pain on to millions of people. I hope he is happy where he is. God bless everyone. RIP Chester Bennington

Going through this now, I had a friend pass away in August from being an alcoholic. The nightmares seem so real and they haven't gone away yet. RIP Chester.
