I feel like all the US airlines got together and said if we all serve shit food they can’t do anything about it and we all save money if we all agree to not compete on food.

If Gordon Ramsey is judging the AA food, he would say " WHERE'S THE LAMB SAUCE?", "IT'S F***ING RAW!".

The worst thing when flying business is when the food is 💩

It's sad that after paying so much u don't get up to the line service

The US is the largest market in the world so no matter how shitty the service is ppl are gonna fly in these airlines. That's the only reason

I am a Qatar Airways loyalist and a Qsuite addict. So obviously, I'm spoiled. That being said, I recently flew with American and British Airways. Miami, London, Milan. I've said this before, but my belief is that BA and AA don't really care about their passengers and that this extends to many European and American based airlines. I fly internationally frequently and always advise family and friends to avoid these airlines if possible. My recent example of poor customer service or care. After a delay getting into Heathrow, resulting in a missed flight( Business Class) to Miami, I was given a 10 pound voucher for the airport and placed in a 1 star hotel. To me, that says it all. Sad!!!

What's important is the pay for the board members.

I agree with you I I have flown that class few times for work and after flying them, I’d say three times I told Travel Dept for the production companies that I work for to never book me with them again, ever!!!
Depending on where I’m going for work, I told him I only want to fly JetBlue mint, my personal experience with Delta has been very good when it comes to their first class or business class. Flights British Airways has been nice.

AA service went bad more than 20 years ago. I flew First Class on an international flight and was served coffee in a rubber mug. Food was horrible. Never flew American again since

Unfortunately, most or their flight attendants on the long haul flights, don’t care about service

"Let Good Take Flight" is never materialistic in the AA world, and I’ve avoided them for a long time now!😅

“All that matters to our customers is that we are on time.” Okay but here’s the thing. That should be the STANDARD. Why even have the ability to pick times for departure and arrivals if it’s not the standard. When paying for a premium seat, you’re not paying the extra money just to “arrive” the same time as someone in economy. It’s THOUSANDS of dollars now for someone to save up enough money for a special trip and wanting the feeling of exclusivity. All to be handed abysmal food is below standard of expectations.

Thank you for sharing your flights on this airline.😊

American and United both are barely better than the budget airlines like Frontier and Avelo at this point!

OH, and I am sure AA won't mind if you never show up on any of their future flights since "they don't care"....

I had the same experience as you dawg, some flight attendants were staying back doing nothing except being on their phones the entire flight 😔

An international business / first cabin serving 5th grade field trip slop. Don't send a letter, I'd send an invoice 🤨

Dude, be glad they didn't throw your food at you. Happened to me the last time I flew American. Granted I wasn't in Cubicle Class, so mileage may vary.

The food on my SYD-LAX flight was also terrible. Crew were very friendly though. And while dated, the hard product was very comfortable and spacious. I slept quite well.
