I just wanted to tell a story about a really bad flight of mine. We were flying delta and the flight was delayed two hours. We were flying on an md80, and after a smooth flight and landing, both of the left tires exploded and the plane skidded to a stop. We were on that plane for 3 hours in the middle of a taxiway. We deplaned, and had to wait another 7 hours for our next flight. Luckily they compensated with free first class and hotels. This is why we love delta 👍🏻 😒

an airport is not a private business, therefore it is public. you can record anyone you want in public in the US as they do not have “a reasonable expectation of privacy” The police wouldn’t have been able to do anything legally to stop him from recording.

Literally loved your attitude in all of this. Truth is, as an AA employee, we can only tell you what our managers and flight coordinators tell us. I would like to apologize for every impolite, non-empathic employee we have working with us. Keep scrolling and you will find out that all airlines go through this stuff. Hope you won’t give up on us….
