My cousin gifted me a pair of earbuds like this last year and they wouldn’t turn on or charge. I’ve looked and looked and nothing worked until I found your video. My dad has can of WD-40 so I asked him if I could borrow it. This method is legit. Hands down! Thank you so much!

Only charge the earbud that is not working. For eg if your left earbud isn't working, make sure only your left earbud is left charged with a constant red light throughout. If anytime it turns green, remove and put it back until it stays red (not blinking). Sometimes, you have to keep removing and putting it back just so you can see the constant red light. Don't give up, keep trying. Either wiggle the earbud a little bit or press down for a few seconds. Do not close the cover and leave the earbud charge only after it has turned red. It should work fine after that as the reason it couldn't work was because the earbud was unsuccessfully charged when being put together with the other side of earbud.

Everything was totally fine with my buds. They were charging fine, connecting fine and it was in perfect condition. I didn't even wanna drop because I was so paranoid that it would break. After like two-three days of having it, the right bud wouldn't charge. When I put it in to charge, it would blink red once or twice and then it would stop (sometimes for some reason the bud light was blue when i put it in like not blinking red and blue like literally blue) I was so confused and scared so i went up online to see what I could. I saw something where you have to drain the other bud and then put them both to charge, it worked but only once. Then I looked up videos, didn't find anything. I decided to leave it in the case but then again, it didn't charge except for the left one. Finally, I came across this video, reading through the comments, just to find the solution to fix all my problems. (that was dramatic) Really though, all I had to do was keep moving it until it turned red and stayed red (means it's charging) and not close the case lid cover thingy. (one thing I did was keep the case charging so the blue light on the case wouldn't turn off because when it did, the bud would stop charging aka not red). Really hoped it helped, if not, you should probably get a new one or something because then something is wrong with the bud itself and not the case.

Tried this but it didnt work for me. However, adding a little bit of solder to the pins in the case and pads of the bud that didnt work. Has worked! It is now charging. I think for some reason the pins over time press in just enough for them not to give enough of connection to the bud for it to charge. A bit of a crap design really. The pins should be fixed in place imo.

Used a toothbrush and rubbing alcohol to clean all the connectors.

O meu buds live parou um lado ficou um tempão sem funcionar um lado eu acredito que pelo suor, eu uso muito para esportes e transpiro bastante chega molhar ele.... depois usei álcool isopropílico limpando e depois dei uns toques fortes como se fosse bolas de gude e daí ele voltou a funcionar, na loja da Samsung eles dizem que não tem concerto só mesmo comprando outro
