My problen is my right bud is charging but when you connect it doesent work

IMPORTANT: Before you replace a new pair try these 2 more steps.
1. Take the grill off and clean the inside, youll destroy that part but not the earphone completly. Should be fine once you put in the cover.
2. Wd-40 in the charger connectors. The ones in the charger. not much, just enough to get it wet. After, adjust until they charge.

Its definitely a flaw in their design. 100 hope you guys get it fixed. But basically its not charging right or the wax is in the way, and they just disconnest... samsung has alot to work on. Mine was at 1%, just trief the wd40 and its now goin 15% strong

I have the Buds2 Pro and my buds are only charging if I charge the whole case, and my case is 100 percent full. When I unplug the charger from the case, my buds would stop charging. Someone help ... 🤦‍♂️

i used bw-100 as it is meant for electronics and great for stick drift and it worked.

Im having Samsung buds 2 the two lights are not glowing and the bud is also not charging but ehen i open it get connected to phone but the case is not chareging.
