Do you think high bar carries a lower risk of injury than low bar in general? Most people seem to think so, and t makes sense that herniation risk is lower, but I have some facet joint pain and I think being so upright just makes my spine feel way more compressed than low bar. It's also just not a natural movement for me its hard for every rep to balance over the same point.

can someone explain the whole bridged back to bench? I thought thats why we had the inclined bench?

Marisa basically has to get low enough to lick your shoelaces to hit depth! The contrast in size never gets old to look at lol
