posthumous records should not count. Staying alive should be mandatory in order it to count.

Releasing 1.5 million balloons without thinking about "what could go wrong if you release 1.5 million balloons?" is such a Cleveland thing to do.

So we're just going to allow dead bodies to win world records? How about scuba diving? If the person runs out of oxygen and dies at the bottom of the ocean, does it really count that that person dived the lowest for the longest period of time when their clearly dead and being held underwater by the weight of their equipment?

they watched a man having a heart attack, 16:10, for 30 minutes and did nothing even though it looks like he's indicating to abort 16:12 ... now that's horrible!

You would've thought SOMEONE that was organizing the balloon launch, would've thought about all the pollution it would cause.

Remember ---- "they died what they loved doing" or "loved the way they died" ---- for a "record" that nobody is really interested in

Why do people do stupid things for world records, it’s not worth your life!

That balloon thing was absolutely stupid!! And how come some ppl could get the record after death with only 1 run but the guy on the boat couldn’t?

Airborne at 550mph is not a car crash it becomes a plane crash

"Hey, I've got a great idea! I'm going to drive a jet powered car at more than the speed of sound and I'm going to do it on unpaved dirt and just hope like hell there's not any rocks that might cause me to crash! Yeah!!!!"

7:22 Hey, here's a new record: The word "theorodically". First time used in human history.

François Ravaillac set the record for most times being pulled apart by horses in 1610 - once. It has never been broken.

Nowhere near as bad, but there was a guy who tried to break the world record for the loudest unamplified shout. He missed by 2.5 decibels - and blasted out his throat so badly that he could barely speak for roughly 6 months, and was told in no uncertain terms NEVER to try that again.😮

6:10 If you plan on breaking a speed record, check the planned course for smoothness and obstacles.

The last guy who did the ‘hair trick’. He didn’t have a heart attack right away. 1/2 way thru when his hair got caught in the cable/line, he HAD to start pulling himself along the line bc he was no longer swinging down. It’s while he was chaotically trying to pull himself to safety, when his heart gave out.

Whose idea was it to release thousands of balloons without stopping to consider the damage they were doing to their environment. Humans disconnected from their surroundings

Right around the year 00 i was at a place called the Buck. A guy was attempting a record ramp to ramp jump on a four wheeler. He did the jump perfectly on his two wheeler. When he did the jump on the four wheeler he missed the landing ramp. Instead of staying on the buggy he left go from about thirty to fourty feet and did a face plant. He never moved. They took him away and he passed away three days later.

Some of these risk it all stunts overlooked what seems to be obvious:
5:40 Speed across the dessert but not check for debris in the path?
10:25 How do you attempt a life threatening stunt with no doctors on standby?
16:22 not thinking of hand signals or a way to signal to someone on the ground for help
