On my to buy list. Looks pretty bullet proof, if the chiller goes out, simple to replace, the box itself looks very solid.

This unit is half the price of the unit I was saving up for, it is easy to assemble, works great. I keep mine at 39 degrees.

Great video. Btw I put mine in my basement had to make a tight corner and go through a 32-in door. Removing the door to the basement and removing the lid to the mod tub made this possible although very tight.

Hi, thanks for the review. Probably the best one on ModPlunge. I’m thinking of getting one and placing it inside the house. My concern about any potential leaks and/or flooding my room. Have you had any leaks at all?

Thanks for putting this out, very good. I'll likely go with the Mod Plunge after looking at several. The inflatables just don't feel like good options to me.

Hi There, I have a question for you! I called ModTub to see if I could order the Tub without the 1/4 HP chiller so I could upgrade to the 1/2HP like recommended. They are open to not selling the chiller but said that the hoses they provide wouldn't work with the 1/2HP Active Aqua. Have you tested the 1/2HP on your ModTub with the hoses they provide?

Ok, here it is, Mod tube is just a modified Grizzly 400 qt cooler ($999) and they don't charge $200 extra dollars for colors. All coolers are $999.00 or $1, 000 dollars for a "F"ing cooler. It's a nice cooler but $1, 000 bucks, -- F me. Mod tube get's the coolers at wholesale (I hope). Add a chilling unit and a filter ($600) and for $3200.00 you could save around $1, 600.00 dollars by doing it yourself. Second point, the guy in this video is about 5' 4" tall and that makes this average sized tube look gigantic.
