He (the protester) is totally right. If you insist people have the right to have or carry a gun. They must have a psychological evaluation before approval of a permit. And every 12 months after that the permit holder must do a re-evaluation. Only if he/she passes the re-evaluation the permit holder may keep the permit and the weapon.
That's how i see it. Anyone may have another opinion, but i keep mine.
