As far as Majora's Mask: The Happy Mask Salesman may have just stayed in his shop in the Castle Town Market. Maybe the only reason he became a traveling salesman was because of the success Link gave his store. And if the Mask Salesman never travels, the Skull Kid will never find him, take Majora's Mask, and be possessed by Majora. This would also prevent the deaths of Darmani and Mikau, but we wouldn't know for sure if the Deku Butler's son would still live. Anju and Kafei would never have separated, Romani would have still been captured by the ghost aliens, Cremia would never be able to deliver her milk to Clock Town, the Great Fairies would've never been broken apart, Pamela would not have had to deal with her dad being a Gibdo, Ikana would have been at least a somewhat more enjoyable place to be, and Tatl and Tael might have still been the Skull Kid's friends. All this may have happened just because Link decided to stay in bed during Ocarina of Time.

Loved this video as well. I was fearing for the usual, Game Theory-ish "here's how everything goes to hell if Link never leaves the forest", and you came up with a fun "Link is pivotal to Ganon's plans" instead. Blew my mind. Great job!

I can imagine Ganondorf finally got all 3 stones, got the ocarina, and opened the the door. I can imagine this would be him.

I was under the impression that Ganondorf knew who Link was, that he had likely had a similar vision to Link's dream. He knew it was a child of the Forest, so he cast the curse on the Deku Tree in hopes that it would draw out the Hero. Maybe I'm giving Ganondorf too much credit, but it seemed to me that everything that happens in the first half of the game was all according to Ganondorf's designs.
