Jeff Berlin is the nuts, he will speak to any bass player, no matter how skilled or not they may be. He always has good advice to impart.

Jeff Berlin is one of the great yet underappreciated masters of bass guitar. His knowledge, playing skill and ability to improvise are amazing to behold.

When I play in front of people I get nervous and stick to playing root notes with an occasional pentatonic groove. Luckily it's only infront of my friends. I have major respect for live performers.

I'm like a mix of Sid Vicious and Jeff Berlin, Jeff insofar as the "FannyPack CrookNeck" stage presence combined with Sids daunting technique.

It's gonna take 5- 10 years to become proficient at MUSIC and jamming is also a pre ... besides practicing lines, scales, arpeggios, rythm 🤔😁

These clips are all just 30s to a minute of people chatting absolute wank. He says nothing in this video apart from "if you practice you'll get good"
