How do you shoot an arrow without arms? Neil deGrasse Tyson and co-hosts Gary O’Reilly and Chuck Nice break down top-level archery with “Armless Archer” Matt Stutzman.

How do you shoot an arrow 310 yards and hit the target? We talk with Matt about his records, Olympic Archery, and how to use a bow without arms. You’ll learn how paralympic divisions work and which one Matt is in. How do you adjust for wind and gravity and still get a bullseye? How much math is involved? Find out Matt’s journey to become an Olympic Archer and how much of his brain is used for “foot stuff.” All that, plus, Matt gives us a demo on the mechanics of how he shoots a bow.

I normally hear your episodes on the google podcast. But Matt was so badass that I changed to youtube to see his style and technique. One extra point that I enjoyed during the program was how it is easy for Matt to explain the physics of what he's doing and who would be a better audience for him than physics dudes.
