Steps for highlighting the cells by using advance conditional formatting
1 make a table
2 make a list by using data validation
3 apply FIND formula
4 apply ISNUMBER formula
5 next step is to be combined both FIND & ISNUMBER formula
6 go to conditional formatting ....click on new formula ....select cells which needs to be determined...paste formula ...
