So is it an ARM Swing or a BODY Swing? There seems to be two camps out there when it comes to how to swing the golf club! The truth is of course that they are NOT mutually exclusive! A great golf swing requires LINEAR and ANGULAR momentum from the arms and hands as well as great BODY DYNAMICS!

The key to great INSTRUCTION is to identify what each student should focus on based on the golfers individual needs! It’s quite clear that ONE SIZE will NEVER fit all in golf!

In my experience high speed golfers would do well to improve their body dynamics in order to STABILIZE their club face through impact! More body rotation and less forearm rotation is often a great plan for ELITE Golfers looking for more consistency!

Whereas low speed golfers would do well to educate their HANDS & ARMS in order to transfer energy into the club head! Less TRANSITION SPIN with the body and more forearm rotation is often a great plan for those looking for more distance and less slice!!!

So which lane do you drive in?!? Bottom line - Find what WORKS best for YOU!
