- Wasps are out bringing food to the larva.
- Over time, the wasp colonies get bigger and bigger, and reach the peak near the end of the summer
- They are looking for sugars, since they are lower on sugar at home
- They can pollinate flowers, but not as much as bees. They feed on caterpillars

- Near end of the summer, the queens stop laying as many eggs, so there's less larvae producing spit which the colony can eat
