In this video, I will reveal why your body can't handle a punch to the liver and the science behind this devastating punch. Liver punch is one of the best punch in boxing to land on your opponent but it is also the worst punch you can take. I will also share 2 effective ways to land this knockout blow and also how to take body shots better. Similar to a punch to the head this liver shot could also knock out your opponent with just one punch.

About a year ago, I went to a boxing gym for kids under 18. It was a massive BS gym to. It said no contact, but kids would get into a ring with nothing but a mouth guard. I was the last match and fought a 16-year-old boy (I was 11 at the time.) He kept hitting me in the head with shockingly painful shots, but I slipped him and hit him in the liver. He collapsed to the floor. I was scared I would get in trouble, but the coach said "Yeah, finally a good show." Also, earlier today, a kid came up to me after school and just pushed me. He landed a few shots to my chin and chest, but i punched him in the liver (lightly, but still.) Don't get in fights, unless you are defending yourself.

Took a liver shot once ... yeah, once was enough for me. Pain was unreal and it shut me down. I wanted to continue, but I literally could not. Sickest feeling ever.
