Mine said it wasn't advisable to use essential oils as it messes the humidifier up ..if you want scent then you need an actual oil aromatherapy humidifier

I only reckon getting this if your travelling a lot and have no room to pack a large humidifier. This type of humidifier can only bring a small amount of humidity to one small space of a room.
