What next for Guinea? Uncertainty looms despite junta's transition pledge

The military coup in Guinea saw President Alpha Condé arrested and detained. Colonel Mamady Doumbouya emerged as the face of the new military leaders.The UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres slammed the taking of power at gun point. Neighbouring states followed this lead adding their condemnation. Then folowed the west African economic group ECOWAS and the African Union. Colonel Doumbouya announced there would be a government of national unity and a swift transition to democratic governance. Over a week later starts the process towards that aim.

Let Africans sort out African affairs alone. AU and Ecowas need to reconsider their stand. They too need reform - just imaging giving Israel a sit in AU - shame / disgrace..
Again, let the Africans handle the issue alone, France must back off, and take off all their military bases from African countries. This will come right, you'll see...

The coup leader must insist the factories for the raw materials must be built in Guinea, the bauxite and other raw materials must be processed in Guinea and the mining percentage for Guinea must be increased from where it is now. The coup leader must stand firm. If the companies dont like it, they can leave as there's always other companies ready to take the new opportunity.

These UN officials never got concerned on the suffering of the common man wz high inflation rates killing them but they a concerned on the removal of the the one who never tried to solve inflation issues in guinea, Dumbuya we love, it's what we want to see in Africa, people a dying poverty but no one talking

İ dont understand one thing. As mr Douglas is mensioning that The govt iş going tô face a challenge on The source of money. As such The govt. Will depende on International Power states but can a country sustain with out those countries. On its internal source increasing production ect
