The US government got Griner released in a hurry...despite the fact that she was guilty of drug possession.

The other two aren't 'rock star' status so they can stay in a Russian prison until they're tripping over their long, white beards.

The bigger question, who shall we trade for his release this time? ElChopo ?

We need to help Ukraine as much as we can to help drive these devils out of Ukraine!

Obviously, the Russian perpetrators are holding the journalist hostage. They also do the same to everyone who is unwanted, for example, in the occupied territories people also have no rights. I think the right response to these disgusting actions can only be an increase in support for Ukraine

Obviously russians will refuse to release this guy, he's an instrument they can use to achieve or at least try to achieve their delusional political goals. But he's obviously not a spy and we should respond more actively to such provocations. I think that providing more military aid for Ukraine would've been a great message to send to Putin.

With Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the risk of being killed or taken captive for ransom has become as high as it is in Somalia. The continuous battles and lack of lawful governance have created an extremely hazardous living environment in these areas.

To help free this guy, we first need to help Ukraine win the war. Then Russia won't dictate its rules.
