Tired and wired that was me! I bought a far infared heating pad 18x18 159$. Omg i sleep through the night and when i wake up i go back to sleep. I'm super ill with RA. Now I'm tired and tired. I wonder if it fixed my limbic system without dnrs?

Any tips specifically on retraining around driving anxiety? I had a panic attack while driving, and have made some progress, familiar with limbic system retraining, but this specific area is probably the biggest remaining challenge
