I personally think Levi and others should've never forgotten and forgiven them. Levi did right, she and Zeke, they enjoyed killing and toying with people of Paradi and didn't feel a bit of remorse. Reiner at least was trying to repent and regretted his decisions. He's the only one out of the 3 I have a little bit of mercy for.
