Hi folks thanks for checking out the video. I wanted to take a look at Aria's budget or entry level S type guitar. At £130 this is a great value guitar...

There are guitars availble for less, things like Glarry for example (which we have a video on soon) but they really arent anywhere near close to this and dont offer any real value - infact your just adding the cost of the glarry to your next guitar, which will be quickly sought out. The squire bullet is really the other good choice if you just want that extra step closer to fender in style. Picked up a used Aria STG series model for £30. Overall in good condition, just needed a fret polish (easy) a good clean (easy), fretboard conditioning (easy) and a tiny bit of filing to one end of the 22nd fret as end of that was a bit sharp. All other fret were finished very well. The guitar is well balanced, stays in tune well, plays well and sounds pretty good. I have a £1300 Fender USA Stratocaster and while it is better it's really not worlds apart. I think these Aria models are excellent value and decent instruments.

Replaced all the pickups with Bootstrap Sparkle Set, CTS pots etc. Sounds amazing. Went to my local with cash ready to buy an American II Pro Strat, nearly pulled the plug but last minute I A/B'd with my upgraded Aria and it killed the American! The guys in the store were gob smacked, I was gobsmacked! Still gobsmacked! Does it stay in tune? Is the intonation good? Can I get a low action? Does the neck feel good? Sure does! So much marketing rubbish on guitars. Save your money and enjoy!

I got one for my birthday a bit more than ten years ago it have a dual humbreaker pickups and I have to say it's a solid guitar. I still have it and I love it

I got this from my mum when she passed away changed the pick ups to alnico v wilksinson pick ups lovely guitar, like you said change the pick ups and your good I do want to change the bridge but have blocked it for now for more sustain 😁

Bought one of these for 30 bucks at an OP shop and it records as good as my 2500 dollar strat.

@Paul-D with many guitars at this price point, the combinations of cheap tuners and cheaper trem hardware, mean they struggle with staying in tune. How does this one cope with that? I know you didn't have the bar attached in the video but I'd really like to know this because I am looking for a solid guitar and intend to change the pickups to Trisonics more or less immediately.

im thinking of buying this next month..since im an intermediate guitar player.. n like to practice cud you plz tell me how it sounds wit a pedal n which is better 003 or 004? the next aria mac series u ve reviewed is a way out of my budget
