I'm buying my 9yo son btd6 for Christmas. He plays on my phone all the time and soon he'll have his own account. I do my best to teach him as much as possible but it's good to know that he'll always have sjb to learn from when I'm not with him. This video will be on the holiday watch list. If you're interested in creating a complete tutorial, I'd advise making an entirely new account. In the beginning, finding reliable ways of farming XP are perhaps the most important part, and figuring out how to spend your MM and MK is also crucial. However, it's easy to lose track of how limited you are in the beginning - hence the new account to show first hand how to deal with those limitations.

Tbh I have no idea why or how I’m writing this comment, but I just want to say that you are the reason that I got into btd6. I remember in elementary school playing btd5 on unblocked games with the school computers, and I was just browsing yt, and your beginner guide to btd6 popped up, and I was like “holy crap there’s a sixth one?!” And I watched a ton of your videos and spend nonstop hours working in the mines for those five dollars to buy it on my phone. I have grown into, what I think of, as a not terrible btd player and it was all because of you. I know you aren’t going to see this, but I just want to thank you simply for existing. Thank you for dis video. I learned a LOT from this. My friend was playing on cubism in class one, day, I had no clue what that game was, but I saw a monke and cool colors, I had to ask him what it is. He told me and then I wached this. Installed immeadietly when I wached this video, a month later, I passed him in levels xD. I'm on 112, hes on 90 somethin. I just wanna say thanks SJB for convincing me 100% to buy the game cuz now I play it daily and love it.

Bomb Shooters in my experience need to be a little distanced from the track if you’re using the middle path 2nd tier or it’s upgrades. You have more versatility with placements since the projectile flies much faster, and for some reason it tends to miss bloons that it’s right next to, so Missile Launchers next to the track on Close are just a recipe for disaster.

A cool series would be seeing you getting black border on all maps that you dont have it on yet. I noticed you don't have it on a couple in this video and probably many others. Would be very entertaining to see you without limitations just snagging black borders left and right

Thanks buddy, I've had this game in my Steam library for years and just started playing it. I'm doing pretty good but falling back on very, very old strategies from Bloons Battle TD, Used to play Bloons Battle TD in like 2012, came back to it a few years ago and it seemed overly monetized. Hope that's not a problem with this game.

Ah yes. In BTD6, the noob uses a BTD5 glue gunner somehow, while the pro uses a glaive B.E.Z. somehow

Thanks for the video, it helped me grab my first black border.
The bottom row on hard was frustrating before this, but after watching, I cleared alternate rounds after two tries, then impoppable and chimps one try each.

Picked this up for free on Epic. This game is absurdly fun! The amount of thinking and strategy that goes into a simple tower defense title is crazy. It feels like an RTS only fun haha.
