When I stared working at coldstone I didn’t get good training, didn’t learn how to pull the ice cream like that and didn’t know about the figure eight when doing fudge/caramel until almost a month in. My bosses were good just didn’t give proper training and kind just expected you to know what to do. Only thing I miss from working at coldstone now is my friends and decorating cakes especially customer cakes! Love your videos, you were who inspired me to always better my cake decorating skills!
