REPORT: IDF Names BRUTAL AI Death Tool 'Where's Daddy?' To Bomb Civilians

"The Israeli military’s bombing campaign in Gaza used a previously undisclosed AI-powered database that at one stage identified 37,000 potential targets based on their apparent links to Hamas, according to intelligence sources involved in the war.

In addition to talking about their use of the AI system, called Lavender, the intelligence sources claim that Israeli military officials permitted large numbers of Palestinian civilians to be killed, particularly during the early weeks and months of the conflict."

Al Jazeera did a piece re: the killing of the aid workers this week. One very interesting thing stated was that the driver of the convoy was Palestinian. It makes me wonder if that Palestinian was on the list of targets of the AI program.

I am sharing a story of another sharing this story.
The story stuck with me; a Gazan mother who survived the bombardment and transferred to Egypt from Rafah border for medical treatment, tells a story to one to the UN members that she lost her all three children in the bombardment. She goes; Under the rubble one of her kids was screaming in pain, begging her to help stop the pain, daughter's legs were shuttered, another one crying she’s stuck to her chest. The mother describes that she had to bear her children's crying voices and then to silence because they were slowly dying. She couldn’t move, she couldn’t help, she could do nothing. So eventually she’s rescued. She’s the only survivor. Yes, she’s alive but she sure she’s dead inside. she says she hears her kids crying voice every day.

NPR had a whole segment of AI in the military. The trainers were very hesitant about it. After awhile of many simulations, the AI srarted attacking their own troops and civilians.
