A Black pastor called sheriff's deputies for help -- but they arrested him instead

The Black Air Force vet pulled a gun when a group of five people allegedly slurred and assaulted him. But deputies let the group go and arrested the pastor.

The Sheriff shouldn't HAVE to be there for things to go right. Take a looong hard look at your staff Sheriff and start getting rid of those who have proven themselves incompetent. This gentleman's (I won't use race because he is a person to me, a human being) Constitutional Rights were violated. The 4th and the 2nd. What kind of culture do you have in your department? If I am passing through your county the way ANY American is legally entitled to do, Should I worry? Can I trust your Sheriff's dept to respect my Constitutional Rights or is the document just a piece of paper? It's 2020 now and I ask you, Why do we need to keep having these conversations?

More arrests the better your performance review is gonna be ..more tickets..promotion ...they arrested pastor Jennings watering a neighbors plants even though the neighbor that called said she made a mistake calling 911... hope he wins $$... Being arrested is a huge negative outcome for people mentally financially, sometimes destroys families and goes on your record forever..
