Just wanted to add a comment that I typically struggle in interviews. I watched a few hours of these videos and took notes while I watched of answers/examples to questions and got offered a great engineering position. If you struggle interviewing I'd highly recommend taking some time to watch some of these!

Depends on company. If fastfood and grocer. I should be hired because I am Duval Registered Voter, SSN holder ( hardworking, loyal, all that childish things don't matter when you provide Voter's as your hiring supporting documents. Thw employer or MGMT even not ask that question.. if they still ask they are fake. Then It comes to which volunteer categories are you? If you hold one or more with or without restrictions you are 80% hired for the job.
