The plastic is probably mostly used as a mold for the concrete similar to ICF. Once the concrete sets, the plastic probably doesnt do a whole lot.

It probably only takes 900 years to degrade unlike the metal ones. Being plastic, it probably cannot be buried so deeply, but you only need a few feet for adequate protection in even heavy fallout areas. Having a shelter like this is much safer than not having one at all, and it still beats the 'competition.'

That is a good idea. Better protection also against moisture.

I can’t find any info on your website about this. Will it be available soon?

Curious on if this will be even more cost effective than the preformed concrete ones?

Can it be used for a nuclear bunker and how much in Sterling, also how wide and how tall and how long and how deep can it go

Man I wish I could afford that thing. I would live in it. Great price in my opinion.

This is the way to go, non conductive, use some fibreglass rebar instead of metal too

Does this have the same air system as your more expensive ones?

If the SHTF, and the grid is down for months, what is the power source and heat source, in any of your bunkers?

So $15000 just for a plastic liner?
Then I have to pay the cost of the rebar and the concrete itself?

What is the benefit compared to using ICF, a utility vault, or a square culvert?

I knew a combat engineer sergeant who buried a 5000L plastic water tank under his garage and covered it with concrete.
But that was just for water. He also had a “commercial” concrete floor over his basement. His SHTF plan was make the house look ransacked and he would live in the basement. His ventilation was only allergy grade filter though.
Sadly I didn’t know him well enough to get a tour. I wonder what he had to seal the stairs & windows.

I’m slightly concerned because with it being made of plastic I don’t see this shelter lasting long term and concerns me there’s a chance that the shelter can collapse

Don't let the welder get close to it. He will try something bad

I understand you're saying tornado, shelter root cellar as a selling point, but plastic, come on

Looks like a GOOD idea for places you can't get into with everything for the other bunkers.
