For those thinking of giving up - don’t! It took me 5 times to pass! With a bunch of relocations and a pandemic scattered inbetween. I drive in that area and it is a slight nightmare because no one signals, everyone is in a rush even outside of rush hour and it's honestly funny and i find it a good place to learn at as a learner

Basic driving and the manoeuvre are brilliant. I think it’s just roundabouts that are problem. Get those sorted and there should be no problem passing her test.

Just passed my test first go with no minors! Was super worried about my bad habits so was so surprised with my results! I am an experienced driver (15+ years) from NZ so had to sit the manual test after I converted my NZ license to the UK license. In NZ, once you become a fully licensed driver (way different/longer process than here!!), you can actually drive any transmission car regardless of what you sat the test in. Because of this, the UK restrict us to an automatic license when we convert! Was literally shitting bricks for weeks about the test but spent hours watching your mock test videos and it clearly paid off - learnt all of the little differences in rules. My examiner was also so lovely. Now to wait the 6 months waiting list for my husband to do his!

Good Luck with your Test Plamedie, there was some good driving there, but you've got to get confident with those roundabouts. Then you'll be driving around by yourself quite happily.

I took my driving test in the morning rush hour, in January around Brentford, Hounslow and south of the Thames, I forget where.
It was still darkish, cold and I never managed to get out of third gear because of the weight of traffic. This was thirty-seven years ago, before the Theory test. Still passed, first time. I was amazed! The Test was half an hour, and I barely moved.
