I was 18 in 2000 and I can tell you natural eyebrows were NOT in. Girls tried to make their eyebrows as thin as possible...like two little drawn on lines on their forehead. And as far as makeup ...glitter ...glitter and more glitter...we didnt have setting spray, contouring was not a thing and def no highlighter ...we had glitter tho!! We had blush ...eyeshadow...barely there eyebrows and GLITTER EVERYWHERE ...

Totally "Get a Clue" vibes with those glasses! I love how the 90's and early 2000's fashions were so fun and everything was so colorful.
