The eye makeup is on point. I can remember wearing SUPER frosty eye makeup in the late 90s; my favorite product was a cream shadow called Maybelline Cool Effects, & sometimes I'd layer glitter on top of it

This is so accurate it's almost scary. I'd say the dress would more likely be a slinky bias-cut dress with a draped neckline for a young person, but you definitely nailed the 90's style!
