I love this idea because it allows for setting up a third hand more easily than with a Munter hitch.

When rappelling with a munter, I have serious doubts about whether to extend the prusik or the munter, since the direction of holding the rappel rope is upwards.

Could you explain how to set up a third hand with a Munter hitch? And, as I mentioned, in an emergency, I would do this to allow for a third hand.

I was practicing this at home and the top carabiner popped sideways. making the braking device into a... Not breaking at all device. I don't think I will use this in practice
