i have Anthem and they have a frequent flier rewards points program....i must be the only person that thinks its INSANITY for a health insurance company to have a rewards program, which by design encourages you to spend more than you need i bet they will complain about "overuse" anyway. Then i get a letter saying my premium is going up 20% to 700 so i am going to go without insurance entirely. Thanks Anthem. This country is doomed
