Thank you for sharing the save. I tried it, and true to myself, turtled to science vic at t324.
Seeing you play reminded me why I like to watch civ 5 more than play it (other than VP). The gameplay at higher levels is too restrictive and very anti-fun till t200 until I catch up, and then I just win after t250-300.

The city causing the happiness issue is tonga. No unique luxury and few good tiles that dont overlap. Also I would not have settled the AI continent, no need with this unique setup. I would probably settle the truffles just to give myself the city state island plus starting island and no room for ai settles. Internal cargo ships for massive food/production boost

Saves a little bit of unit maintenance to pop the artist for the golden age before the other one ends. Worth it while still buliding factories and public schools

Tonga is so horribly underdeveloped... It could really use a worker to build some trading posts on the jungle and some farm next to it. It's working two unimproved grasslands.

You might want to use the worker near honolulu to remove the jungle for the antiquity site, it would save a lot of time for whenever the archaeologist goes to it. (since it adds on the time to remove jungle to getting the artifact)

There are a few decent moai spots in Nuku Hiva, if you don't mind replacing other improvements and sacrificing food and production. It's worth it when going for a cultural victory, which I often do with Polynesia, but otherwise it might not be.

Seriously though, seeing warmonger civs like the Huns and Zulus leading in terms of things like culture, literacy and diplomacy will never not be funny😂 (unless you're playing against them).
