That scene got me in tears, he finally found where he belongs, that he isin't like that illusion, he has been a legend all along. imagine this guys...someone who though that he was nobody, just a gray image among rainbow colored existences, and then, he realizes where he belongs, where he was all that time, all those timelines

They really should've had a much larger Seanchan force for them to overwhelm. In The Great Hunt, these guys sent a seemingly invincible army of Seanchan with damane blasting away running back to their ships. They could've even used the fog that comes with the Horn to obscure the battlefield and only reveal flashes and hints to save some production costs.

All I could think watching this was that he needed this. He needed unshakable proof that he is capable of good at his core. They lied and manipulated him into believing he should just surrender to the darkness because of his trash home life. I hope next season he doesn't quickly forget this feeling

In the original books the names of The Heroes of the Horn are references to real world characters of legend and ancient history like King Arthur, Amaterasu Ōmikami of Japanese folklore, Queen Boadicea (Boudica or Boudicca) of Celtic Britons, Shiva and Kali of Hindu Mythology, Saint Michael and Saint Patrick, and even some modern figures such as Óscar Romero and John Henry. I love how the TV show references this with their unique designs and costumes.
