As a final T, it can be pronounced fully or as a stop (which is not quite the same as dropped) if it's at the end of a sentence, or the next word begins with a consonant. If the next word begins with of a vowel ("eight of my..."), then it would be more common to make it a Flap T.

Hi Jennifer, how long it will take you to speak great English really depends on the materials you're using, your access to great teachers, and how much time you study. My videos on Word Stress might me especially helpful for you.
Best,
Rachel

I wouldn't say there's a SH sound in it. But the OO vowel is never really a pure OO vowel. The lips are either moving into or out of that position, and that movement makes the sound shift.

Hi Carlos, use the flap T. Do a search on 'RachelsEnglish T Pronunciations' to find that video.

English is my second language and the number "three" is the hardest for me to pronunce it well - so I end up saying something more close to "free" or even "tree" when I'm tired. The "th" sound is really ... problematic :D

Hello Rachel! I was struggling with the pronunciation of 3, I didn't know it's supposed to be pronounced "thr" "ee", I think that changed my life. Now I can pronounce three way better. Thank you so much!🥰
