Translated to alcohol and inflammation: one question: assuming that prolonged inflammation leads to fibrosis, is it correct to state that it is better to drink - let's say - 10 units on a saturday night once or twice a month, rather than drink 2 glasses of wine every evening?

How long would it take to show that liver is improving from fibrosis, say go from satage 3 to 2 or from 2 to 1 or 0 ?r
