I've had cirrhosis for over 25 years and still functioning fine. All blood tests are still nomal except lower, but functioning platelets. I've kept a strict diet with no grains, no cheap omega 6 vegetable oil, only olive or avacado oil, lean protein, greens, tumeric, pepper, greens and cruciferous vegetables, no sweets especially processed products containing fructose or high fructose corn syrup, no processed foods period, no fast foods, just liver healthy foods. Although I have type II diabetes, my A1C stays at 4.9. It's easy if you want to live.

I got diagnosed with stage 4 in 2022 nvr had a drink of alcohol....i nvr ate feuit nor veggies prior 2022 ...rhey gave me 12 months but i went to a extreme diet fruits and veggies and in 2022 was on the meld score 30 as of today its been stable for 24 months at a meld score of a 8 so there is hope god is real

My mother shes 55 yo and she's on child c 10 score ! She's very very sick these days 2 years ago she had encephalopathy occasionally but now she's basically living with it and we didn't find a way to do a liver transplantation in our country Morocco!
