So I’m thinking about Colorado…but with recent new on HOAs and illegal migration criminal and gang activities, is it predominantly in the major cities?

I am 65 years old living in Texas. If I could, I would be living in Colorado Springs right now. I would be so much cheaper for me than Texas.

I've lived in Colorado Springs since 1964. It had always been a red state until 2008. Since then Colorado Springs has blown up into a giant FEMA camp of apartments and excessive housing and still growing. As of last night, I read a report that the city got an F- on crime and crime occurs every 59 seconds. It's so sad after a life of living in this wonderful city, I no longer want to live here. Dems have let a whole host of migrants move here and crime has skyrocketed. It's no longer a safe place to live. As you navigate the Springs, think in terms of Government control and every section more like a Government sector. If you need to bug out, you will learn... you are trapped. There's nowhere to escape or go! If you are planning to come here, plan at your own peril.

This needs a lot of research. these claims are "a little" questionable. Especially the taxes and cost of living. Beautiful state, great to visit and explore

I don't know. After hearing about the Homeless and druggies living in the Springs, makes it less attractive. Plus you need firm statistics to support your comments,
