ive been wearing sunblock for like a couple of weeks now and Im already seeing improvements, tbh i highly recommend

Personal experience tips:
1. If your water is hard while showering try to avoid getting your face wet until the end when you use your face wash
2. I live in a cold country (Ireland) so cold showers is too hard for me but if you can use try to shower in cold water or lukewarm and not shower for too long to prevent drying skin
3. When its humid you might get oily skin so use charcoal face sheets to wipe the oil off because if your face is greasy for too long you might get acne breakouts
