I got the same issue but later found out i forgot to take off the plastic cover when unboxing lol..

Watch ko apne wrist k down wale part may lagake check karo ajayega ... even I'm facing the same problem so i rotate my watch on my wrist it worked

Try and put the watch closer to the end of your wrist also not to move at all when measuring. HTH.
