Crazy Landlord Karen Sues Black Tenant. Then This Happens

Landlord Lisa Koslowski is trying to collect rent from one of her tenants. The renter, James, is refusing to pay until several repairs in the apartment are completed. However, Lisa feels the broken appliances in the apartment are his responsibility and his alone. When she demands payment and James refuses again, Lisa decides to take him to court. Unfortunately for her, once Judge Reynolds goes over their case, it becomes evident who is truly at fault.

Outcome: Nobody is above the law by any means. All owners of apartments should always make sure that their tenants have the proper tools they need and should never be subject to racism of any kind. As stubborn as she was to the bitter end, Lisa refused to pay James a dime for repairs. So as punishment was promised, Lisa was sentenced to 7 years in prison for failure to comply. As a result, she lost her house, apartment and everything she owned, which was okay with James. Once he moved into a nicer community and saved up enough money to buy his own house, this motivated James to start his own company so nobody would ever have to live in poor conditions like he did. His business exploded nationwide as time passed
