John 5 is easily the most enjoyable guitarist to see live. If anyone has the opportunity to see him as a solo act I highly recommend it. He charges the bare min (25 bucks for a live show!!!) for tickets and truly plays to the audience. I've never seen a musician enjoy entertaining an audience more than him and he truly appreciates the support from fans.

My favorite guitarist. In 1986 at Fiddlers Guitar shop in Grosse Pointe Mich. I was a beginner for my 1st lesson. He showed me the riffs from 5150, Tobacco Road & Spirit of the Radio. He sounded Exactly like the album at 15 it was mind blowing. John deserves all the success he’s received- a great guitarist and a great person.
